Lidiia Kaidalova was born February 20, 1961 the village Selysche, the Kiev region.

Education: Graduated from the Polytechnic Institute (1985, Mechanical Engineer); National University of Pharmacy (2008, pharmacist). PhD thesis on the theme “Pedagogical technologies in the formation of professional skills of students of the higher institution of Pharmacy”. G.S. Skovoroda 13.00.04 – Theory and methodology of vocational education.

Teaching positions: Worked as a lecturer in Kharkov corres machine building technical college (1985-1995), a methodologist at the Ukrainian Academy of Pharmacy(1996-1999), a research associate on pharmaceutical education (1999-2003), a head of the scientific methodological laboratory in pharmaceutical education (2003-2007), since 2004 Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology.

Research positions: More than 240 works have been published in scientific works, including 1 monograph, 61 articles, 79 abstracts and others.Kaidalova L. is the author of the monograph and co-author of 20 manuals, 24 methodical recommendations, manuals in psychological and pedagogical disciplines, 11 directories. Co-author of a block of educational and methodological literature, industry standards of higher education, educational and professional program “Higher Education Pedagogy”.
