Dr. Alexander Strizhachenko

 

Dr. Alexander Strizhachenko(08.11.1960, Kharkov, Ukraine) – Doctor of Sciences, Assoc. Prof.

Dr. Strizhachenko gives lectures and has taken part in designing the syllabi on a number of courses, including Mathematics, Biophysics, Physics, Physical Methods of Analysis and Metrology. He is author and coauthor over than 100 scientific works, author of the monograph “Measurement of anisotropic dielectrics on microwaves. Theoretical analysis, devices, methods”, that was published in Germany (2011), 3 copyright certificates and patents on an inventions.

Education: Diploma with honors, Kharkov State University, 1983, Postgraduate, 1990, PhD, 1991, Full Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, 2014.

Research positions: V.N. Karazin Kharkov National University: Junior Researcher 1983–1988; Researcher 1988–1991; Senior Researcher 1991–2001, Radiophysics Department. National University of Pharmacy, Kharkov, Ukraine: Associated Professor 2001-2014; Professor 2015 – up to date, Physics Department.

Research Interests: research of cooperation of the electromagnetic field with a substance; electrodynamics of complicated waveguide and resonator structures with the anisotropic and gyrotropic filling; the non-destructive measurement of wide class of substances parameters in a microwave range; mathematical modelling of biological objects.
