Prof. Igor Storozhenko

Doctor of Sciences, Professor, acting Head of the Department of Physics.

Prof. Storozhenko delivers lectures on a number of courses, including Higher Mathematics, Statistics, Physics and BioPhysics. He is an author of distance education course on Higher Mathematics (in Russian) at NPhU server and co-author of Textbook on Biophysics (in English). Prof. Storozhenko is author and co-author of over 150 scientific papers.

  • PhD project: Gunn diodes based on A3B5 compounds with heterojunction at cathode contact
  • Doctoral Research: Generation of millimeter waves by graded-gap A3B5 semiconductor structures with intervalley electron transfer
